Jeremiah Mosteller

Jeremiah is an attorney and a Policy Director at Americans for Prosperity (AFP), where he works alongside activists and diverse coalition partners to advance policies that expand freedom and opportunity. Mosteller leads a team of policy experts who focus on policies that advance public safety, border security, free speech, and national security. He also serves as a visiting fellow at the Badger Institute and as a member of the board of directors at the Sixth Amendment Center. Before joining AFP, Jeremiah worked at the Due Process Institute, the Charles Koch Institute, and Prison Fellowship.
