Senior Advisor for Reimagining & Reform
Scarlet Neath is Senior Advisor for Reimagining & Reform at the Policing Project. Most recently, Scarlet was Policy Director at the Center for Policing Equity, where she developed and advocated for policies to advance public safety, including to improve traffic safety and develop alternatives to traditional police response. Prior to this, she spent several years working on criminal justice reform at the national level, including supporting a network of prosecutors at Fair and Just Prosecution and working in the communications department of the Vera Institute of Justice.
Scarlet holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Public Policy with distinction from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
